Foam Laminates offers a host of assorted products. You can chose to build your home with Standard Structural Insulated Panels, Hybrid Structural Panels, or with Post and Beam Panels in association with our sister company: Vermont Frames. Whichever option you select, you can be reassured that craftsmanship, installation speed, affordability, and customer service are our highest priorities.

We manufacture our SIPs with functionality in mind. Foam Laminates of Vermont produces SIPs for load bearing walls, roofs, floors, and non-structural walls. All of our SIPs are customized for electrical considerations. This is a major money saving feature since it dramatically decreases the cost of labor associated with electrical contractors.

Original Proprietary Process
Foam Laminates of Vermont is not only a leader in this SIPs industry, but a pioneer. FLV built the first machine to spray adhesive to the facings during the SIP fabrication process. Our one-of-a-kind technology revolutionizes the manufacturing process so that panels can be constructed with greater speed, strength, and precision.
