The vast majority of SIPs consist of two OSB facings pressure-laminated with adhesives to an EPS foam core. Many manufacturers apply the adhesives manually; however. this is inferior since the uneven finish can dramatically affect the structural integrity of the SIP. Foam Laminates of Vermont combats this problem by utilizing its very own spray adhesive process. This one-of-a-kind machine can apply the adhesives to the foam core much more efficiently then mainstream methods.
